Dear TOG players and Supporters,

 

The Teens On The Green Foundation like many non-profit organizations have been put in a position to respect the current economy and cancel this years Teens On The Green World Championship.  Several major sponsors had to withdraw funding this year and it became financially impossible to put on the kind of event you've come to expect from Teens On The Green.  By no means should you interpret this as our leaving the industry.  As a matter of fact this provides us with the opportunity to place our energy and efforts on our Core Mission since our beginning and that is to level the playing field for high school and middle school junior golfers with our "Greens For Teens" program.  This program will as always include education and golf excellence and is funded based on the improvement and excellence of each participant at all schools. It reflects our motto "WHERE HIGH GRADES AND LOW SCORES REALLY COUNT, WE TAKE YOU FROM TEE TO DEGREE"
